MCTC Lodging & Meals

MCTC provides lodging and meals to students outside a 50 mile radius from the course location for all on-site courses and select off-site courses.  Meals begin with breakfast on the start date of the course and end with breakfast on the last day of class.  Information regarding lodging and meals will be sent 2-4 weeks from the course start date.

On-Site

MCTC currently utilizes a combination of spacious post apartments and local contracted hotels.  The apartments were remodeled in 2004 and are complete with TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, alarm clock, and computer with internet access.

MCTC provides free lunch to all students attending classes at Camp Dodge. For students outside a 50 mile radius, MCTC will also provide the breakfast and dinner meal.  Information regarding breakfast will be provided in the welcome letter.  The dinner meal uses a voucher system, vouchers and directions will be issued upon registration.  MCTC currently offers five dining locations.

Off-Site

Meals for classes not held at Camp Dodge vary but we make every attempt to provide the same service as mentioned above.  Typically, breakfast and dinner are provided at the contracted hotel.  These arrangements will be briefed upon hotel check-in.  Lunch is normally catered into the classroom.  While these procedures are the norm for a majority of our classes, more specific information will be provided in the welcome letter and during the course opening.
